ROLE OVERVIEW
Axiora Academy seeks a dynamic English & Communication Skills Coach to lead our "Confidence Lab" and "Spoken English Mastery" programs. This role moves beyond conventional grammar instruction, focusing instead on high-stakes presentation skills, boardroom psychology, and achieving professional fluency. You will be instrumental in transforming hesitant individuals into confident, "Day-One Ready" professionals, equipped to excel in any corporate environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead interactive live simulations on Google Meet, including roleplays, debate battles, and mock client meetings.
• Introduce modern communication tactics such as Negotiation, Influence, and Networking, using practical, real-world examples.
• Provide live, constructive feedback to students during their weekly 2-minute pitch presentations in "The Hot Seat" sessions.
• Manage and foster engaging student interactions within the Axiora Discord #voice-lounge to encourage consistent conversational practice.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Technical literacy and comfort using Discord, Google Meet, and Notion. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching, corporate training, or public speaking roles.
• A strong belief that experience is measured in projects shipped, not solely in years spent.
