Asset analyze, and recommend credit proposals to the higher levels of DA hierachy.
Conduct post credit reviews to ensure portfolio quality and compliance with approved terms and conditions.
Oversee and maintain overall credit quality of the assigned region, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite.
Periodically review the regional credit portfolio to identify early warnings and signals and communicate to the management for proactive risk mitigation and corrective actions.
Work closely with the branch network and head office teams to ensure effective credit risk management and operational efficiency.
